These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (PointMint, pointmint.io) and the text message program operated by Lebor 91 Holdings, LLC ("Lebor 91 Holdings," "we," "us"). By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lebor 91 Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
SMS Terms
- Program name: Lebor 91 Holdings assistant texts.
- Program description / message types: transactional text messages only — task and calendar reminders, status updates on requested work, and replies to questions you texted in (account notifications and customer care). No marketing messages.

- How to opt in: on our SMS opt-in page by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box, or by texting START to +1 516-206-3930.
